Key Qualifications
- B.Sc Nursing or GNM registered with MP Nursing Council.
- 1+ years experience in ICU, Emergency, or Trauma department.
- Proficiency in emergency life support and compassionate patient handling.
Operation Theatre (OT) Technician
Manage modular operation theatre preparation, sterile instrument sets for orthopedic & joint replacement surgeries, autoclave sterilization, and assist surgeons intra-operatively.
Key Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT).
- 2+ years experience in orthopedic and trauma OT setup.
- Thorough knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instrumentation, and bio-medical safety.
Resident Medical Officer / Duty Doctor (Casualty)
Manage emergency casualty admissions, evaluate trauma patients, initiate preliminary resuscitation protocols, and coordinate urgent surgical care with specialist consultants.
Key Qualifications
- MBBS degree registered with MP Medical Council.
- Emergency medicine / casualty management experience is preferred.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and emergency responsiveness.
